Premise Health expands footprint in mid-size company and municipality markets

Premise Health, a worksite health and patient engagement company, has acquired TransformHealthRx, which specializes in onsite and multi-employer health and wellness centers.

Here are three things to know about the transaction.

1. Premise said the addition of TransformHealthRx, which currently operates 17 sites in five states, further extends Premise’s expertise and services to centers that serve multiple employers, including mid-size companies, school districts and municipalities.

2. The leadership team at TransformHealthRx will remain in place, with increased support and resources from Premise.

3. The acquisition is the latest for Premise, building on its acquisition of IMWell Health in June.
