Nashville (Tenn.) General Hospital wants to open more satellite locations in the state, according to the Nashville Tennessean.

Citing an alleged breach of contract, Eureka Springs (Ark.) Hospital has terminated its management lease with Shreveport, La.-based Allegiance Health Management, according to local news station KY3. 

Huntsville (Ala.) Hospital Health System is forming a joint venture partnership with Urgent Team Family of Urgent Care & Walk-In Centers to build and operate a network of urgent care centers in Alabama, according to AL.com

Four for-profit hospital operators entered into several transactions in recent months. Some of the companies are selling off facilities to strengthen their hospital portfolios, while others are exploring ways to expand their reach.
