Novant Health Shared Services is a partnership to help area hospitals and health systems reduce expenses and improve patient care by leveraging economies of scale and collaborating on supply chain, revenue cycle, service line management and other services.
Liberty Regional, a 25-bed critical access hospital, joins University Health Care System in Augusta, Ga., Cape Fear Valley Health System in Fayetteville, N.C., Memorial Health in Savannah, Ga., and Ashe Memorial Hospital in Jefferson, N.C. Each organization still maintains independence and local ownership under Novant Health Shared Services.
Novant and Memorial Health will be the two main partners to help Liberty Regional with the shared services initiative.
