Under the agreement, Mon Health will be the sole owner of Stonewall Jackson.
Avah L. Stalnaker, CEO and administrator of Stonewall Jackson, told WDTV-5 News some of the goals of the partnership are to invest in a replacement hospital facility and recruit additional providers to the area.
The financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.
