The two subsidiaries include Molina Healthcare of New York and Molina Medical Group.
Under the agreement, Molina will support FCMG’s efforts to improve its Medicaid customers’ access to care. Molina Healthcare of New York policyholders will also gain access to FCMG’s specialty services.
The organizations will also explore the possibility of creating a transportation system to transport patients to and from appointments, and will work to strengthen FCMG’s clinical programs to benefit both institutions.
