According a Sun-Sentinel article, Mednax acquired Texas Ear, Nose and Throat Consultants earlier this month.
The practice is locally known as Children's ENT of Houston.
The Sun-Sentinel disclosed that the transaction was for cash, but detailed terms were not released.
