Adventist will provide Lodi Health with a financial boost and create a local advisory board to offer input on decisions, according to the report. Additionally, the affiliation will give Lodi Health access to a state-of-the-art EHR system.
The two healthcare organizations will now collaborate to reach a definitive agreement and have indicated the transaction will probably close in the first quarter of 2015, pending regulatory review, according to the report.
