Chicago-based Little Company of Mary Hospital is evaluating partners for a strategic partnership, according to the Chicago Sun-Times.
The independent hospital is open to all types of partnerships and has no set timeline for accepting and evaluating proposals.
Officials said the decision to explore a possible partnership stemmed from the hospital's current financial position and the industry's shifting landscape, according to the article.
