With the merger, the combined company will provide services in 36 states and cover more than 60 percent of the U.S. population age 65 and older.
The merged entity’s 30,000 employees will operate as one “house of brands.” The integration will continue during the next 12 to 18 months.
The organizations initially announced their intent to merge in November 2017.
