Houston Methodist, Evolent Health partner to improve health of Medicare patients

Houston Methodist and Evolent Health, a healthcare technology provider in Arlington, Va., will partner to develop and execute a value-based care strategy to improve services for Medicare patients.

Evolent Health will work with the eight-hospital system to create a number of value-based clinical programs that utilize advanced analytics and predictive modeling to advance care for Medicare patients. Evolent will also assist in the development of Houston Methodist Coordinated Care, a physician-led ACO.
