Graham Health System, UnityPoint – Peoria collaborate on joint venture

Canton, Ill.-based Graham Home Health & Hospice, a division of Canton, Ill.-based Graham Health System, will form a joint venture with UnityPoint Health – Peoria (Ill.) to provide home health and hospice services to residents in the area, according to the Canton Daily Ledger.

The joint venture agreement is effective Feb. 1.

The financial terms of the agreement have not yet been disclosed.
