Under the agreement, LHC Group will obtain majority ownership and assume management responsibility of a home health facility in Chattanooga. The facility will operate under the Erlanger ContinuCare Home Health brand.
The financial details of the partnership were not disclosed.
The news follows LHC Group’s recent Nov. 16 announcement regarding a proposed merger with Louisville, Ky.-based Almost Family.
