Edward-Elmhurst Health acquires Illinois family medicine practice

Naperville, Ill.-based Edward-Elmhurst Health acquired Sycamore, Ill.-based Kishwaukee Medical Associates. The partnership was effective Jan. 1.

The transaction brought seven family medicine physicians into the Edward-Elmhurst Health system.

The financial terms of the deal, if any, were not disclosed.
