The acquisition was effective July 17.
DuPage Medical Group acquired two physicians through the transaction: Calvin Mar, MD, and Michael Brusca, MD. Both individuals are board certified in obstetrics and gynecology.
“The addition of these physicians allows us to better provide our patients with the highest-quality medical care,” said David Spaccarelli, COO of the south region of DMG. “Our missions are in alignment, and we’re proud to further increase our expertise with the addition of these obstetricians and gynecologists.”
