Under the agreement, representatives from both organizations will work together to prioritize projects that will help them achieve the goals of financial stability, greater quality of care and improved access. The partnership will strengthen and expand clinical services to improve access to care, boost financial practices to ensure stability and increase the availability of clinical tools that will improve quality of care, according to a news release.
The partnership builds on a previous agreement under which Tallahassee Memorial provided Doctors’ Memorial with management and consulting services. The new agreement involves a 50-50 shared decision-making model, and two Tallahassee Memorial administrators will join the Doctors’ Memorial board, according to the release.
