Construction of North Dakota Hospital Delayed

Construction of a new facility for Jamestown (N.D.) Hospital has been delayed until Spring 2010, according to a report by the Jamestown Sun.

The groundbreaking, which was expected to begin this Fall, was pushed back because designs for the new facility are still being finalized.

The $51 million facility is being financed by $48 million in loans from the USDA and through a hospital capital campaign.

The new facility is expected to take 20 months to build, once construction begins.
