Phoenix-based Banner Health, which operates North Colorado Medical Center in Greeley and Fort Collins, Colo.-based Poudre Valley Health System have both shown interest in acquiring the practice.

No further information about when the clinic will select a partner is announced, but NCMC has been preparing for a possible loss of the clinic’s referrals for several years by increasing its employed physicians, according to the report.
