Once negotiations are approved, Trinity Memorial’s outpatient facility in Trinity — Physicians Clinic — will be rebranded Memorial Clinics. CHI St. Luke’s Health officials said they do not anticipate any job losses during or after the transition, according to the report.
CHI St. Luke’s Health officials also reportedly hosted job fairs for the Trinity Memorial’s inpatient and emergency room staff to place those employees at hospitals in Lufkin and Livingston, Texas.
Trinity Memorial’s current managing partner said it would end its services by July 31.
