The 34-bed Rehabilitation Hospital of Montana will feature private rooms, a brain injury unit, a dedicated stroke wing and gymnasium. The facility will also offer services to treat spinal cord injuries.
Kindred Healthcare will manage the hospital, though all three organizations will have equal ownership in the facility.
Officials said the facility will open in early 2019 and bring about 100 jobs to the area. The physical site of the facility has not been revealed.
The transaction is subject to regulatory approval.
