“Ensuring that Berger will thrive and be here to provide exceptional, affordable care to the families in our community for decades to come is our top priority,” Tim Colburn, Berger’s president and CEO, said in the release.

Mr. Colburn told Columbus Business First  Berger has sent request for proposals to three Columbus, Ohio-based  healthcare organizations — Mount Carmel Health System, Ohio State University Wexner Medical Center and OhioHealth — as well as Fairfield Medical Center, based in Lancaster. Proposals are due by Memorial Day.
