Alliant Management Services presented a five-year management proposal to hospital employees yesterday, according to the report. The agreement would include $160,000 of fees the first year and $10,000 more in the second and third years, according to the report.
Alliant has specified adjustments would be reviewed during the last two years. Additionally, Alliant representatives said they will explore new revenue sources and ways to cut costs at the city-owned hospital.
Cindy Saylors, president of the hospital board, said she and the other board members haven’t considered any other proposals. Ms. Saylors did not indicate when the board will make a decision regarding Alliant’s plan.
