Downers Grove, Ill.-based DuPage Medical Group, the Chicago area’s largest independent physician group, continues to grow rapidly. In its latest conquest, DMG has set its sights on a majority stake in a Naperville, Ill.-based outpatient surgery center for $1.7 million.
