The commissioners’ court of Llano County, Texas, has decided to pursue the transfer of Llano County Hospital Authority to Temple, Texas-based Scott & White Healthcare, according to a Llano County Journal report.
Scott & White is set to take control of Llano Memorial Hospital and the county’s clinics in January. After more than a year of legal deliberation, the board approved the decision to transfer the county’s lease with LMH and the county’s agreements for emergency medical services from LCHA to Scott & White.
