The affiliation, effective Jan. 1, will give Annville patients increased access to advanced technology, specialists, health education and comprehensive care for chronic and acute illnesses, according to the report.
Both the Annville primary care practice and the four-hospital nonprofit PinnacleHealth System helped launch River Health ACO in 2013. River Health ACO is a Medicare Shared Savings Program accountable care organization comprised of six healthcare organizations, including Annville Family Medicine and PinnacleHealth System.
