Partners opens 6th urgent care center in Boston; 4 more planned this fall

Partners Urgent Care opened a sixth facility in Boston Wednesday and revealed plans to open four centers across Massachusetts this fall.

Partners Urgent Care is a collaboration between Boston-based Partners HealthCare and Austin, Texas-based MedSpring Urgent Care.

Officials said the four centers will be located in Medford, Cambridge, Burlington and Woburn. The new centers will also feature digital X-ray and onsite laboratory capabilities.

Officials did not provide an exact timeline for the centers’ openings.
