CEP America is one of the largest democratic physician partnerships in the U.S., and it partners with hospitals and other healthcare facilities to staff and manage acute care departments. As a democratic physician partnership, the 15 physicians of Morpheus Anesthesia will become owners and partners in CEP.
“Our group has been looking for a partner that would allow us to adapt to the rapidly changing healthcare environment. After reviewing many opportunities that did not support our beliefs and culture, we found that partner in CEP America,” Shale Imeson, MD, president of Morpheus Anesthesia, said in a statement. “We are confident that joining CEP America will benefit our patients and our facility partners, just as it has already energized and inspired our physicians.”
