Tammie Brailsford, RN, BSN. Executive Vice President and COO of MemorialCare Health System (Fountain Valley, Calif.). Ms. Brailsford was named executive vice president and COO of MemorialCare Health System in 2003. In this role, she is responsible for the clinical, quality, financial and operational performance of the health system’s five hospitals, numerous ambulatory care locations, shared services and the MemorialCare Medical Foundation. Ms. Brailsford holds a bachelor’s degree in nursing from Pacific Union College in Angwin, Calif., and a master’s degree in healthcare management from California State University Los Angeles.
