SSM Health hospital CEO departs days after 'abrupt leadership change' at another SSM facility

SSM Health St. Louis University Hospital CEO Kate Becker will leave her position, effective July 15, according to the St. Louis Post-Dispatch.

3. Ms. Becker was tapped to lead the SSM Health hospital in 2015. Her decision to leave comes in the midst of the institution's $550 million renovation project to replace the existing facility with a 316-bed hospital and outpatient care center.

4. Prior to her role as president of SSM Health St. Louis University Hospital, she served as president of SSM Health St. Mary's Hospital-St. Louis and interim chief of SSM Health Cardinal Glennon Children's Hospital, also in St. Louis, according to the report.
