SSM Health adds five new members to board of directors

St. Louis-based SSM Health has added five new members to its board of directors, which now comprises of 15 directors.

Here are the five new board members.

1. Rick Corcoran, a former partner at Chicago-based auditor KPMG

2. Kevin Johnson, MD, former system vice president and CMO at SSM Health

3. Thomas Merfeld, executive vice president and CFO at Madison, Wis.-based Cuna Mutual Group

4. Evans Richardson, former vice president of national state and local government operations for Boeing in St. Louis

5. James Whalen, former senior vice president of the U.S. markets for MasterCard Worldwide in St. Louis
