Here are three things to know about the bill’s progress.

1. The House approved the bill Tuesday, but will have to vote again Wednesday due to changes made by the Senate parliamentarian to ensure the bill complies with budget reconciliation rules. These changes include abolishing a provision that would allow families to use tax-free college savings accounts on home schooling expenses, according to CNN.

The bill is expected to once again pass along party lines. Speaker Paul Ryan, R-Wis., called the bill’s passage a “generation defining moment,” according to CNN.

2. The Senate approved the bill along party lines, 51 votes to 48. Sen. John McCain, R-Ariz., missed the vote to recover from treatment for his brain cancer, according to CBS News.

3. President Donald Trump is expected to sign the bill after it arrives at his desk later today.
