Under the terms of the management agreement, Saint Francis will provide executive leadership, operational oversight and strategic direction for the university hospital and its clinics and programs, according to the report.
The 10-year contract between the two organizations includes capital investments to improve hospital facilities and OSU Medical Center, as well as improving medical residency training programs, according to the report.
Previously, OSU Medical Center was managed by Oklahoma City-based Mercy Health System.
