Richard Gilfillan, MD. President and CEO of Trinity Health (Livonia, Mich.). Dr. Gilfillan has held leadership roles in the healthcare industry for more than 25 years. As president and CEO of Trinity Health, he oversees an 88-hospital system with a $15.8 billion budget spanning 21 states. He helped launch the Center for Medicare and Medicaid Innovation in 2010 and was its first director.
