Bryce Gartland, MD. CEO of Emory University Hospital (Atlanta). Dr. Gartland began serving as CEO of Emory on Aug. 14. as well as CEO of two other Emory University entities: Emory University Orthopaedics and Spine Hospital and Emory University Hospital at Wesley Woods. Previously, he was the COO of Emory University Hospital. He first joined the system in 2005 and has been instrumental in numerous hospital accomplishments, including University HealthSystem Consortium Rankings for quality and safety achievements and Magnet recognition for nursing excellence.
