Providence Alaska Medical Center Plans $150M Expansion

Providence Alaska Medical Center is planning $150 million in renovations and additions, pending state certification, according to a report by the Anchorage Daily News.

The hospital plans to begin construction in early 2011 and complete it by 2014.

The project would include a neonatal intensive care unit, a new cardiac OR and advanced imaging technology.
