Palomar Health Foundation adds 2 new members to its board

Palomar Health Foundation, a nonprofit organization created to generate philanthropic support for Escondido, Calif.-based Palomar Health hospitals, elected two new board members — Nelly Bulkin and Cary Burch.

Ms. Bulkin is a realtor working for Pacific Sotheby’s International Realty in San Diego. She previously worked at San Francisco-based Blue Shield of California and at Los Angeles-based Cedars-Sinai Medical Center, as a senior analyst in the quality and outcomes department.

Mr. Burch is currently an advisor, investor and board member for several venture capital, private equity and software provider organizations. He most recently served as chief innovation officer of Thomson Reuters, a New York City-based mass media and information firm.
