Ten people will lose their jobs because of the workforce reduction; the remaining 11 affected positions are vacant. All of the 21 positions are “leadership positions,” according to the report.
Oaklawn Hospital pointed to the federal sequester and lower Medicare and Medicaid reimbursements as contributing factors to the workforce reduction.
