Massachusetts’ Cooley Dickinson Hospital To Cut 60 Jobs

Cooley Dickinson Hospital in Northampton, Mass., will cut the equivalent of 60 full-time jobs over the next few months in response to decreased demand for services and lower reimbursement rates from insurers, according to a Boston Herald report.

The cuts will come through layoffs, attrition and vacancies remaining unfilled. The hospital will have cut 200 jobs in the past two years, including this most recent reduction.
