Mary Lou Mastro, RN. President and CEO of Edward-Elmhurst (Ill.) Health.Ms. Mastro joined Edward-Elmhurst Health in 1988 as director of cardiovascular services and has spent more than 35 years working in hospital leadership. She has held various roles, including president of Linden Oaks at Edward (Ill.) and CEO of Elmhurst (Ill.) Hospital before taking on her current role as president and CEO of Edward-Elmhurst Health. Ms. Mastro is a member of the National Alliance of Mental Health and serves on the board of Access DuPage, a community collaborative for members who don’t have healthcare insurance or access to care. She is also the chairperson of the Illinois Health and Hospital Association’s steering committee for the Institute for Innovations in Care and Quality.
