Lifepoint Hospitals Moves Headquarters to Nashville

Lifepoint Hospitals is moving its headquarters in Tennessee from Brentwood to Nashville, according to a news release from investment trust Highwoods Properties.

“By consolidating our corporate employees into one location, we can more efficiently serve our hospitals, strengthening their ability to provide the best possible care to communities nationwide,” Lifepoint Chairman and CEO William F. Carpenter III said in the news release.

Highwoods is building the new seven-story headquarters on Lifepoint-owned land. The project is expected to be complete by the end of 2013.
