Hospital and Holy Cross Health Network, which will include the system’s health centers, employed physicians and payor relations.

Kevin Sexton, the longtime CEO of Holy Cross, will serve as CEO of the newly-created system. Former Vice President Judith Rogers, RN, PhD, will become president of Holy Cross Hospital, former Holy Cross CFO Gary Vogan will serve as president of Holy Cross Health Network and a search will begin soon for a president of Holy Cross Germantown, which is expected to open in 2014.

This new organizational structure is slated to go into effect Nov. 1.
