Private biopharmaceutical company CytoSen Therapeutics appointed Jason Wilson to the company's board of directors.
Three notes:
1. Mr. Wilson has more than two decades of corporate finance and life science operations experience.
2. He is currently CFO of Reata Pharmaceuticals, where he leads multiple areas, including corporate strategy, finance, accounting, treasury, investor relations, human resources and IT.
3. Mr. Wilson previously served as vice president of finance and corporate controller at Caris Diagnostics and senior manager in Ernst & Young's health-sciences group.
