Charlotte Ipsan, RNC, MSN. Chief Administrative Officer of Norton Women’s Hospital & Kosair Children’s Hospital (Louisville, Ky.). Ms. Ipsan has more than 30 years of experience in maternal, child and pediatric healthcare. She’s held several roles at Norton Children’s Hospital, Norton Audubon Hospital and Norton Suburban Hospital, including staff nurse, nurse manager of the neonatal intensive care unit and director of women’s services. Ms. Ipsan was named vice president of Norton Children’s Medical Center – Brownsboro in November 2009. In January 2011 she was promoted to system vice president of pediatric services for Norton Healthcare/Norton Children’s Hospital, and was named to her current role in May 2012.
