Mr. Biden told a reporter in Iowa that Mr. Buttigieg “stole” the healthcare plan. “C’mon guys … the moderate plan,” he said, according to The Wall Street Journal. “It’s the Biden plan.”
The Buttigieg campaign told The Wall Street Journal the mayor has been planning his healthcare platform since before Mr. Biden entered the race.
