Biden: Buttigieg 'stole' my healthcare plan 

Democratic presidential candidate and former vice president Joe Biden wants the credit for the public-option health plan that rival Pete Buttigieg, mayor of South Bend, Ind., is running on, according to The Wall Street Journal

Mr. Biden told a reporter in Iowa that Mr. Buttigieg "stole" the healthcare plan. "C'mon guys … the moderate plan," he said, according to The Wall Street Journal. "It's the Biden plan."

The Buttigieg campaign told The Wall Street Journal the mayor has been planning his healthcare platform since before Mr. Biden entered the race.
