Ms. Beddoe has experience across corporate and not-for-profit industries, and has served in numerous executive roles. She currently serves on the board of the Center for Workforce Inclusion, and is chair of CWI Labs, a thought-leadership and innovation hub that develops inclusive workforce development programs.

As interim CEO at the ANA, Ms. Beddoe will support the work across the ANA Enterprise, which comprises the ANA, American Nurses Credentialing Center and the American Nurses Foundation.

Ms. Beddoe succeeds Loressa Cole, DNP, RN, who retired as CEO of the ANA Enterprise last May.

At Becker's 4th Annual CEO + CFO Roundtable, taking place November 2–5 in Chicago, more than 1,500 hospital and health system executives tackle decisions that determine whether organizations thrive or merely survive: protecting margins under cost pressure, choosing where to grow, renegotiating payer relationships, stabilizing the workforce and proving real ROI on technology.
