Thirty-six percent of voters support repealing without replacing, and 58 percent of Republican polled support the plan.
Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell, R-Ky., was able to bring the healthcare debate to the floor of the Senate Tuesday, though his first attempt to actually pass legislation was voted down later that night.
The Senate is likely to vote on a bill Wednesday that would repeal the ACA without replacement, though it would give GOP leaders two years to craft replacement legislation.
