SSRS, a market and survey research firm in Glen Mills, Pa., surveyed a random sample of 1,111 U.S. adults between Aug. 3 and Aug. 6 for CBS News.
The survey unveiled President Trump’s overall approval rating is 36 percent, unchanged from June. In addition, Americans’ view of the U.S. economy rose to heights not recorded in more than 15 years, with 69 percent of respondents reporting a favorable view of the economy.
