The $80 million project will be completed within the next two years and will create between 300 and 400 jobs, according to the report.
In addition to the operating rooms, which will be equipped for robotic surgery, White Plains is also remodeling its lobby, entrance, reception areas and electrical system.
Funding for these projects comes from a $108 million bond awarded to the hospital by the Westchester County Local Development Agency Corporation, according to the report.
