The hospital has brought on Tracie Achrem and Chris Borowski, both certified nurse midwives of Lake Orion, Mich.-based Women’s Excellence in Midwifery.
The midwives will provide a more personalized care experience for women wishing to give birth with as few medically unnecessary interventions as possible, according to the news release.
