Houston-based Anderson Cancer Center at the University of Texas Medical Center has received a $5 million donation from the Huffington Foundation for Anderson's Neurodegeneration Consortium.

The NDC is a multi-institution group dedicated to investigating and treating neurodegenerative diseases through molecular and genomic research.
