An expanded collaboration would allow URMC patients more access to oncology services through Interlakes’ network facilities. It would also permit Interlakes greater accessibility to UMPC’s cancer expertise and clinical trials.
The two organizations currently comanage the Sands Cancer Center at Canadaigua, N.Y.-based Thompson Health, and Interlakes patients can be part of URMC-led clinical trails.
